A thank you to Candace she has been incredibly helpful and responses fast every time.  Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stand out and make a real difference in the community. Mountain Gate Mobile Home Park is a total hidden gem in Redding! We’ve been here a while and love how quiet and well kept everything is, plus the friendly neighbors are awesome. Mountain Gate Mobile Home Park is a friendly, welcoming community in a great location just minutes from Shasta Lake. The beautiful new homes give the park a fresh, inviting look, and it's easy to see the pride that goes into the community. Candace does a fantastic job creating a welcoming atmosphere, and Jeff keeps the property looking clean and well maintained. The Mountains Gate Mobile Home Park iss an incredible place, and big part of that is due to the amazing work and professionalism of the manager, Candace. My husband and I were looking for a place to live, and after visiting the Park, we knew that’s where we wanted to be. We waited for over a year for the perfect opportunity, and when it came, we got it and now we’re very happy. Throughout the entire time, Candace helped us in our search and guided us through every step of the process. Today, we live here, and we can truly say we are very happy.
